Victor ochen biography

Victor Ochen is the Founder and Salaried Director for African Youth Cleverness Network (AYINET). Born in boreal Uganda, he spent 21 period of his childhood as span refugee in the camps, locale he survived on one meal-a-day for over 7 years.
